This is a house that had a severe fire in the basement and was completely remodeled.

This small chalet style home needed a new master area. The homeowners decided to transform their daylight basement area into a master suite. The results were dramatic! A large master bedroom included a bricked in jacuzzi tub and brick fireplace. A beautiful and spacious walk in shower was added in the master bath along with beautiful granite and hand hammered copper sinks.

This family wanted to be able to enjoy their beautiful view. This upper deck addition allowed them to that and much more! The decking material is a composite material with hidden fasteners which will give them a lifetime of enjoyment without need for replacement in the future.

This addition of a spacious family room gave this home access to their beautiful views through large windows and a cathedral ceiling. The brick on the outside was a compliment to the exterior by adding contrast to the original siding. This project has enhanced an already beautiful home nestled in the Tennessee hills.

This was a modest size home with bedrooms too small for growing kids. This addition added about 500 square feet to the side of their home, giving them two good sized bedrooms complete with walk-in closets. The addition also added esthetic beauty to the outside of the home as well as more usable living space to the interior.

A screened porch is a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful Tennessee seasons!

This home was built in the 70's and is nestled in the Indian Springs Community. Welcoming a new guest in the house created a need for more usable space.

This high front porch required a creative second level with stairs to increase usability and curb appeal.

This was a dramatic kitchen remodel, that was finished a week AHEAD of schedule! From start to finish, in 3 weeks, the kitchen was completely remodeled without disturbing the floor at all. The entire house was repainted; The ceilings were changed from popcorn to knockdown, and the bedrooms were recarpeted! Whew! These homeowners bought this house because of the location and school district, not for it's outdated kitchen. The previous kitchen was walled in and small. By tearing down the dividing wall, the space was opened up, making it a much more usable and appealing area. The large bar area can accommodate lots of family and something pictures can't show is the unique, leathered finish on the granite. The finished kitchen included new high quality cabinets with soft close drawers and full overlay doors. The tin backsplash also makes that space pop. All in all, a beautiful transformation!

This condo belongs to a sweet grandmother and was the home she shared with her beloved husband. It was filled with many wonderful memories. It needed a fix up when she moved out. The remodel still kept with the charm it previously had but was modernized and updated with new appliances, cabinets, flooring and bar area. It is also handicapped accessible.

These homeowners had an unfinished basement that they wanted to finish. They needed a full guest bath and bedroom, with a overflow area/mud room area. They really wanted to make sure that this space felt like a part of the house and not a room in the basement. One way we helped make this happen was to install a window, letting in natural light. They were very pleased with the results and are able to accommodate their out of town guests.
